This machine amazed me from the time I took it out of the box. I inspected the machine to measure the durability. It is extremely sturdy and made of strong materials. I especially like this affordable shredder because of its level 3 security. Level 4 is the highest security level so this was a great buy for the price I paid. The cross-cut shredding option guarantees that none on my information is available for thieves. The paper in the basket also takes up less space than my old strip-cut shredder machine did. The great thing about this feature is that the machine needs to be dumped less often, saving me a great deal of time. I can shred credit cards, CDs, staples and paper clips with my new shredder. The one feature that I am not completely pleased with is the lack of the continuous motor. This just means that I have to turn off the shredder for a while before resuming use. I have a bad habit of sitting down and shredding hundreds of pieces of paper at one time. This is not a problem when I shred papers on a regular basis, and I do not let the papers pile up too fast. The shredder also does not have an auto oiler function so I have to manually oil the machine myself to maintain my investment. The machine does not require oiling often so it is not that big of a deal. I love my new FD 8202CC shredder. It is great for individual or business use.Write a review

"Great customer service, but the web site is little misleading. I completed an order for a Fellows shedder and once my order was complete I received an email that the item was not available. So I tried a different follows shedder and again another email telling me it was not available. I was pretty frustrated and confused. Why have it available to purchase if you do not have the inventory. If you put 'Out of stock' I would not have completed my order. I called your customer service to see what Fellows you had in stock. The man I talked to told me all about Fellows and their change in manufactures, thus the reason for such low inventory. I asked if he could tell me what ones they had available to sell, which he did and I received my fabulous new shedder two day s ago. So I say good job to customer service guy, because I would have probably gone some where else if it wasn't for him. "
"I ordered the Destroyit Shredder 2604CC with automatic oiler based on the sales rep's advice and we have been happy with the product. It has 20 page capacity to shred at once and works wonderfully. I had a pleasant experience, good customer service with Clary. I just randomly pulled it up off the internet and called them for suggestions on a shredder not knowing what I wanted. Ironically enough someone else from our company (we have a large company) did the same exact thing I did and got the same shredder and they too love it. Good product, good company to order from. "
