This is a great personal office shredder for anyone who has light shredding needs. I purchased the machine for my home office. I do not shred very often, but when I do, I want a machine that is dependable. I used to own an over the trash shredder that would jam and shut down, leaving me frustrated. It is nearly impossible to remove those tiny pieces of paper that get stuck in those dull cutting blades. I invested my money into the Intimus 20cc3 shredder, and I don’t have one complaint. The shredder is compact with a sleek design. It fits perfectly under my office desk. It is relatively quiet for a machine of its size. I believe the manufacturer uses a Silentec technology to reduce the noise that the machine makes when in action. It is a level 3 security shredder. I cans destroy all of my old bills, credit cards, and more with this machine. I can feed up to 8 sheets of paper through the feeder at once, which is a good enough capacity for what I need. The feeding are is 10 inches wide, which is great for a personal shredder. The shredder also has a removable basket that makes clean up quick and easy. I really don’t have any complains about this machine. It does a good job of doing the job that I purchased it to do. The shredder is reasonably priced and built to last a very long time.
