The Dahle 20612EC offers a 10 1/4" feed opening and can shred up to 14/17 sheets of paper at a time. It features the latest technology to offer full electronic capabilities including such safety features as Automatic Shutoff when the cabinet door is open, and Auto Reverse to prevent an overfeed. Automatic On⁄Off and Bag Full Auto Off are features that offer both convenience and satisfaction in knowing you will be notified when it’s time to empty the box or change the bag.

I ordered the Dahle 20612EC as the second shredder in our office. The older strip cut shredder doesn’t get the job done when dealing with confidential files. I like many of the features that this shredder has to offer, and I have a few drawbacks.
Positive-
• Great Shredding Capacity – I can shred 17 pages at once. This number may seem low to some people, but this is a great capacity for a level 4 security shredder. Many level 2 and 3 security shredders offer a larger page count, but they are not as secure as this machine. I had to decide if the security was worth it, and I decided that it was a good trade off.• Easy Operation – The shredder has a reverse operation, auto on/off, and continuous run features. The machine is also very safe to use. Over-feeding the machine forces it to use auto reverse to clear the problem. It automatically shuts off when the bin is full or the door is opened.• Large Feeding Area – I normally shred pages that are size A4, A5, legal, and letter, and the machine handles these jobs with ease.
Cons-
• Small Bin – The bind can only hold 16-gallons of chards. The machine is a cross-cut, so it will take quite a while to fill the bin.
• The machine is not designed for heavy-duty usage. Users who require this feature should step up to a continuous use shredder.
Overall, the machine is extremely reliable. It works perfectly for my small office. I like the convenience and the reliability that this shredder offers. Write a review

"Great customer service, but the web site is little misleading. I completed an order for a Fellows shedder and once my order was complete I received an email that the item was not available. So I tried a different follows shedder and again another email telling me it was not available. I was pretty frustrated and confused. Why have it available to purchase if you do not have the inventory. If you put 'Out of stock' I would not have completed my order. I called your customer service to see what Fellows you had in stock. The man I talked to told me all about Fellows and their change in manufactures, thus the reason for such low inventory. I asked if he could tell me what ones they had available to sell, which he did and I received my fabulous new shedder two day s ago. So I say good job to customer service guy, because I would have probably gone some where else if it wasn't for him. "
