I must say that this shredder is an amazing machine that does everything that the manufacturer says it can. I am very impressed with the quality performance that the shredder has to offer, and I expect to have this machine for a very long time. The Dahle 30406 Departmental shredder has made the work environment in my office much better. I like the mobility of the machine. I used to have to struggle to transport my old shredder bid to dispose of the shredding. I like that this machine has casters that allows for easy movement of the bin from one place to the other. I like to convenience that it offers. The old machine required some time to cool down during heavy usage. The Dahle 30406 departmental shredder is designed for continuous use. The thermally protected motor comes in hands in situations that require the machine to be used a great deal. It shreds 30 -35 sheets of paper at one time, and it even can handle CDs floppy disks, and DVDS without an issues. This is truly amazing to me. The machine is extremely convenient. The machine senses when paper is inserted, and it automatically starts. The panel indicates when the bad is full to prevent down time. I have not found one thing about this machine that I do not like so far. The shredder is extremely popular in out building.
