The Fellowes C-225i is a great shredder for small businesses that need a level 2 security shredder. Level 2 shredders are not designed for businesses with certain types of sensitive or confidential client information. Businesses should make sure that they know what security level is required for their business before purchasing this machine. This is a strip cut shredder so it works faster than many other shredders. It has the ability to shred about 20 sheets of paper at once at speeds of up to 20 feet per minute. The speed is impressive, and I know that the jobs are completed quickly with this machine. It also has automatic functioning that makes the machine very convenient to use. The machine automatically starts when papers enter the feeding area and automatically stops when the last shred passes across the cutting heads. It is extremely safe to use. I love the fact that it shreds paper and media. I have shred CDs a few times, and the performance level remained the same in all situations. I no longer have to take out staples because they can pass through the shredder with ease as well. This machine saves me a great deal of time and effort that I can spend doing other things. It has a wide feeding area. 9.5 inches is wide enough to handle all of my shredding needs. It also has a continuous duty motor that offer continuous running time during shredding jobs.
