"My brother has Downs Syndrome and Alzheimers. He use to work for a school system shredding documents but as his Alsheimers progressed we needed to keep him home. I purchaced 3 different home shredders, but they'd jam all the time. He can shred all day with this new machine!! I just collect recycled office papers for him to shred. This has been his life line, he needs to keep busy. The on-line staff was very helpful giving me all kinds of information I never knew about shredders. Like oiling on a regular basis!"
