Cons: the shredder is louder than i expected.
"For years our office had the "personal" shredders. They would jam on a regular basis, parts would break off of them, we went through several in just the past 3 years! I did tons of research, comparing prices and products and this Fellowes shredder won hands down and will make my job SO much easier!"

"This was an expensive purchase, but the length of the warrenty along made it economically a better choice. Then the shredder arrived and it was much more superior to the description that it is unbelieveable!! You can hear things in the environment when you are shredding and I had a lot to shred over 6 large green trash bags full and the machine just kept working without a jam or stall. It is so incredible that anyone who comes into the store is shown the machine and how it works. This has really made my life so much easier. The machine is self-oiling so if you have arthritis in your hands like I do, it makes spills with oils totally a thing of the past. I can not tell you how very much I love this machine."

"You will not go wrong investing in a Fellowes product. I have been using my Fellowes shredder for years and it has been very faithful to me. All I have to do is make sure that its teeth are oiled and it allows me pain-free shredding. The Fellowes product is very reliable and low maintenance. It's wheels allow it to be moved easily. The trash receptacle is tucked away neatly in the machine and can be removed easily to replace the trash bag. When I think of my Fellowes shredder the motto that comes to mind is...why settle for less than the best?"
