"Purchased this shredder several weeks ago and it's been work horse ever since. We're very pleased with the speed, quiet operation and the great job it does. We had purchased several smaller units (PS-67C's) about two years ago and they have been terrific machines. This commercial grade is a step up, and has not let us down."

"I recently purchased a Fellowes 320C shredder. This machine reliably grinds away, day after day. Large basket capacity saves time during the day. The machine greedily accepts large wads of paper and truns them into confetti. I am very happy with this purchase andf reccomend this machine to others with heavy shredding needs."

Cons: Jam Resistance, Quiet Operation, sensors need to constantly be cleaned
"We've had this shredder about a year now and have had to call a service person twice. The sensors have gone out once, and I can't remember the other problem. I feel it needs to be "babied" to keep it running properly (sensors need to be cleaned often, etc.). The best thing about it is that it shreds staples, cd's, credit cards, and paper clips."
