The PLUS N-20J compact copyboard is designed to fit your office and cubicle. It enhances effective communication among the co-workers. It features network and smartphone integration and also supports the industry leading features of saving and sharing notes from meeting with the team. There are multiple functions that this PLUS N-20J compact copyboard performs which are as follows.
- Network Function: There are two options of saving and sharing information over the network once you are connected to it via an Ethernet cable.
- First, Save directly on the board’s internal memory. The PLUS N-20J saves approximately 100 pages. Using an assigned IP address, team members can access images on the board from their computers using web browser. The data can be accessed on the board even in “stand by” mode.
- Second, when connected to the network, the user can save the data to an FTP server so that the team has access to the saved information.
- Access via Smartphone: PLUS N-31S supports both Apple iOS and Google Android operating systems. Install the “Meeting Pocket” app (MTG pocket) and have access to all the interactive, time saving meeting tools and apps. Moreover, the MTG pocket app allows the user to perform the “scan” function of PLUS N-31S electronic board from their Smartphones. It also allows the user to record audio and video during the meeting.
- Save Image to USB or PC: Connect your computer to the board via a USB cable whenever you want to save an image. Save image easily on USB or PC in PDF, JPG or PNG formats.
- Faster Scanning Time: PLUS has made an improvement of 8 seconds in scanning time compared to its older models and can now scan in just 15 seconds.
- Hand Scrolling Made Easy and Smooth: The scrolling force needed to move hand on the board has been reduced to 7 oz (0.2kg) compared to the previous models 3 lbs (1.4kg).
