Fellowes 3850C is a security level 4 shredder which is considered ideal for shared workplaces and busy office environments with 6-10 people. It is designed with a continuous duty motor and delivers duper quiet operations. With a feed opening of 15-3/4”, Fellowes 3850C is capable of taking 22-24 sheets of paper per pass. There is a sheet capacity sensor housed in the feed opening of the shredder that gives you an indication on exceeding the recommended number of papers thereby preventing jams from occurring. Fellowes 3850C can shred papers, multimedia items, credit cards and small metal pieces into cross cut size of 5/32”x1-9/16” inches. A 44 gallon bin at the bottom of the shredder is large enough to hold a lot of tiny cross cut pieces.
