The Plus N314 electronic copyboard comes with 4 number of panels. It supports smooth hand scrolling and the surface is extremely easy to move when using your hand. The board requires no software installation and can be connected to your computer via a USB cable whenever there is a need to save an image. The PLUS N31S is PC and Mac compatible. It’s considered ideal for offices and environments where information is sensitive and protection of data is of top priority. It is designed with enhanced features, which are as follows:
- Network Function: Save and share information over the network in two ways.
- Directly to the board’s internal memory. It can save up to 100 pages. With team having an assigned IP address, they can access data on the board from their computers using web browser even when the board is in “stand-by” mode.
- When connected to the network, user can save data to an FTP server for the team to have access to the data.
- Access Via Smartphone: Since it supports Apple iOS and Google Android operating systems. The user can have access to all kinds of meeting tools and app. Install MTG pocket that will make your meetings more interactive and also allows to perform the scan function of PLUS N-314 from their smartphones.
- Support JPG, PNG and PDF File Format: Save images or files in USB or computers in JPG, PNG and PDF formats.
- Faster Scanning Time: PLUS has made an improvement of 8 seconds in scanning time compared to its older models and can now scan in just 15 seconds.
- Hand Scrolling Made Easy and Smooth: The scrolling force needed to move hand on the board has been reduced to 7 oz (0.2kg) compared to the previous models 3 lbs (1.4kg).
- Password Security and Validation: Use alpha-numeric characters and special symbols to make strong passwords and adjust password validity time period.
- SSL Security: This allows data to be transferred in encrypted format.
- IC Card: It’s the intelligent card, it allows the user to initiate scan to FTP server
- Multiple Users: The PLUS electronic copyboard can program up to 100 users into the board through 10-key pad.
